The restaurant is in a semi basement of a building on a narrow street off a main street of the city, which is difficult to find the place. The name of THANKS TABLE means that the feeling of appreciation to the customers is on a table.

The interior design is simple and modern, decorated beautifully with dried flowers and furnished with wooden furniture. There is a kitchen counter and a bar counter.

こThis is a very popular “Tamaue Curry”. A soft half-boiled egg and colorful vegetables are put on curry and keema. Salad and drink are included in the lunchtime. The price is 1,485 yen. At dinner time, only the plate of curry is available at 1,375 yen. (Tax is included.)

Mr. Masaya Kase is the owner and chef of the restaurant. His smile is beautiful.

Mr. Kase was born and raised in Higashi-Murayama city, the north of Tama area in Tokyo. He opened his restaurant 10 years later after working in an Italian restaurant of MOTHERS group. In the summer of 2019, he opened his restaurant in an area of Tamagawa Josui. He likes this area where you can find a lot of greenery and some universities. The restaurant survived the COVID era and today many customers are coming again and again to enjoy the food.
“I wish I could serve delicious food and drinks matching the customers’ appetite and condition for the day”, he said. He uses seasonal food and local vegetables and changes the menu every two or three months like MOTHERS does. He added a curry menu because he likes it so much. He said that he often visited restaurants to eat it. This is a curry plate using coconut milk with five kinds of spices. He can change the spiciness for women’s choice. He finds ingredients that match curry and always tries to attract many customers.
“I can’t keep doing things for long. I want to cook a variety of dishes and to try different things.” He also runs a hamburger shop in Kumegawa. He wishes there will be more and more unique and attractive shops in Tachikawa so that the city becomes more energetic. He wants to make the city full of energy with his friends and partners.
