The pizza is baked in a pizza oven from Napoli at a high temperature of 400 to 500 degrees Celsius for about one and a half minutes, making the surface crispy and the inside fluffy and glutinous.

CANTERA pizza, named after the restaurant, is a tomato sauce pizza with mozzarella, chorizo of Iberian pork and rosemary at the price of 2,080 yen with tax included.

The restaurant opened in 2012 and is the third group of MOTHERS, followed by MOTHERS next door and MOTHERS ORIENTAL in the north exit of Tachikawa station. CANTERA, the name of the restaurant, refers to an organization of soccer clubs to grow young soccer players in Spain. The name contains a wish that young men and women can work lively and happily in an exciting atmosphere. Many staff members working here are young with the average age 25 years old. They have a good relationship with each other. Creating an atmosphere where the customers can enjoy Italian food in a relaxed mood attracts a wide range of customers such as office workers, women and families in a variety of scenes and events. All the staff are considerate and attentive to the customers and are keeping a proper distance from them when explaining the food menu.
