Craft beer developed with the concept of not spoiling the delicate taste of kaiseki(tea-ceremony confectionery). Made with 100% malt with no additional ingredients. For the Cream Ale, the base malt is from Weyermann, Germany. For the Amber Ale, several malts, including pale ale malt from England, are mixed together. They are full-flavored, thick and rich malted beers, and sold only in Tachikawa.
